I've always wanted to make a decorative font, but with an infinite realm of possibilities, I was drawing a blank. So with eyes closed, I reached out and chose the first household item I touched. A bulb! I began by googling lightbulb fonts to eliminate all possible options that had been done before. After having narrowed the field, the abstract path became clear to me. I flipped the bulb over and focused my attention on the base of the light bulb, hence the name Bulbase.
